Bring your current insurance card(s) each time you visit our office. Many plans will not allow us to see you unless you present your card at the time of your appointment. We will accept your co-payment when you check in. Our office accepts cash and checks; and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards, as well as debit cards displaying one of the credit card logos. Our service provider cannot accept ATM debit cards without logos. Financial Information for Patients will help explain our costs and billing processes.
